Helping to Save the Earth

As a member of the Earth, it is my duty to seek a way to keep it green, Lately, I have made up my mind to take action.

First of all, to cut down the amount of garbage I make every day. Looking around, we can easily find a lot of garbage that people throw away. By cutting them down, we can not only protect the environment, but also help the government make the charges on garbage.

Secondly, I will turn off unnecessary electric equipment when I do not use it. The energy shortage around the world is a matter of great concern. Thus, saving energy is extremely important. All of us should try to avoid energy waste.

Thirdly, I will take active part in activities that can protect the environment. For instance, there is a great programme held in my city——“Say No to Plastic Bags”. I go to the market almost every week, and each time I bring my own bag to replace the plastic ones.

I believe that everyone has the responsibility to protect the earth. Taking small steps to help save environment, I believe the earth can be much better someday.

Youth is a precious time that goes by quickly. To create a life without regrets,we should think twice while making decisions, remain optimistic yet vigilant, and be kind and generous to others.

Making decisions that are right for ourselves is essential to have no regrets in life. As a teenager, I constantly encounter new challenges and dilemmas in life. When faced with difficulty, I will think about how the decision affects my future and then try to choose the best option.

Besides, life should not be taken too seriously. We should stay cautiously optimistic, not being too irrational or pessimistic. During difficult times, we should approach it with patience and never be afraid to try. After challenging ourselves, we can eventually find joy in life.

Finally, we should take every chance to show kindness and generosity. During my free time, I will often volunteer at animal shelters, grannies’ homes and many other places. It is a way to help the society and express my gratitude at the same time.

Youth is once in a life time. Living without regrets and always hoping the best, I believe I can make the most of this time.
