Good morning everyone !

May I have your attention, please?

Today I’m so glad to stand here having this lecture about a very important topic--motivation. Everyone probably have heard this word “motivation”，but what is it? Motivation is something which drives us to move further and get aims, something which makes us strong enough to do almost anything we want.

We can use different ways to obtain motivation. For example, watching motivating movie and reading some books of successful people. They show us how they study and work hard, and when they face so many difficulties, they never give up. That’s how they become successful. These stories give us motivations, goals and believe to face our daily life. Dreaming is also a powerful way to obtain motivation. Dreams can bring us courage and hopefulness. So, never give up on your dream no matter what.

We all can face many difficulties, but just keep your dream in your mind and don’t give up. When we keep optimistic and work hard, success will not be far away. at the same time, don’t let any negative ideas hold you back.

Last but not least, never forget to encourage yourself, because everyone needs motivation to move on!
