At the beginning of this special morning, I first of all would like to thank you all for taking time from your busy schedules and attending here today.
Today I am here to talk about a concept which I believe each and every one of us should understand and practice, that is to “spread the positive energy”. In this complex and ever-changing world, we are facing unprecedented problems and challenges. We could only feel disappointed and helpless about these things, but it is more important for us to be strong, to stay positive and look ahead with optimism.
First, be a major player in your own lives. Too many of us often take our own lives too seriously, spending too much time worrying about things that we can not change or control. And as a result we get frustrated and fall into the abyss of anxiety and despair, draining ourselves of energy and enthusiasm on things that we actually cannot influence in the end.
Second, do not take small things too seriously. Whether it is personal relationships or difficulties in our work, we always need to be brave and adaptable to changes. We could face them with an open mind, expecting the best and preparing for the worst.
Third, pass on these positive messages. Positive energy is like a ripple in the water. That is to say when we are delivering positive energy to the people around us, we will also subsequently get it back.
